Carol Cimino - Frogs Instructor

Carol Cimino is a native of Westchester County, New York. she has attended SUNY and studied business and Art. Her husband Dominick is retired from Naval Sea Systems Command (US Government) and is currently a consultant for CSC in Washington, DC. They have lived in Fairfax Station for over twenty-five years and have an older son and daughter. They also have one beautiful grandson who’s in the third grade.
Carol was previously employed as a secretary at her son’s preschool and became a co-teacher when an opening became available. She has also worked for two years as an IA at Fairfax County Public School in a Kindergarten and Head Start Setting.
Carol began teaching at St. George's Preschool thirteen years ago and is currently involved in the instruction of the 3 year old, 4 year old, Fabulous Fridays, and the Transition Classes (Owl’s Class). Over the years her goals have been a strong focus on creative development, social and emotional development, cognitive development, language and communication development and physical development as a large part of her daily curriculum with her students.
She also enjoys activities with her family such as attending our grandson’s baseball games. She is a volunteer for a local Lab Rescue Organization and she enjoys reading, drawing, gardening and taking long walks with her five year old lab named Calie.
